Main Features of DS3AO Compressors

DS3AO air compressors are two-cylinder two-stage dry air compressors that are solely air-cooled and are designed to be connected directly to a B3-B5 electric motor. Only the bearings of the rods are lubricated with special Rhodosil silicon grease that resists at high temperatures.

Use

The DS3AO compressors provide the system with dry air that is free of oil traces.

Installation

Install the compressor units on premises that are sufficiently aired. Make sure that the rotation direction is as indicated by the arrow.

Maintenance

The simple design of the DS3AO compressor means that it is easy to maintain. After a thousand hours of operation replace the compression segments, the pads, and the seals. The valve disks must be serviced every two thousand hours. Change the filter cartridge every 500 hours if the working environment is very dusty or every thousand hours if it is normal.

Storage

In the event of prolonged storage, store the DS3AO compressors in a plastic cover containing a bag of moisture-absorbing material that must be replaced if necessary.
